• First time clients:  If you're a first-time client, call me for a free in-home consultation.  I will come to your home and meet you and your pets and we'll talk about your needs.  If after our meeting you are ready to retain my services, we'll sign a service contract and go through a detailed questionnaire to make sure I know everything I need to know about your pet.  You can give me a set of keys then or we'll make arrangements for a house key pickup later.  Then you go to work or go on vacation and have a great worry-free time knowing that your pet is in good hands and having fun!  I do not accept any first-time clients without an initial consultation, so please call at least five days in advance of any travel plans to give me time to meet with you. 

• Repeat clients: For repeat customers, unless there are new pets or changes in routine, bookings can be handled over the phone as all of your information will be kept on file. I also have a "Keep-a-key" option, where your keys are kept with me in a secure location so we don't have to make arrangements for key pick-up and drop-off. 

• Daily dog walks: For pet owners who work long hours or are otherwise unable to provide the daily needed exercise for your dog, we can provide a 40-minute walk once a day in your neighborhood.  Dogs will be on leash for their protection.  Visits can be as few as once a week or 5 times a week.  Discount packages are given for monthly bookings (See Rates Tab).

• Petsitting: For pet owners on vacation or business travel, we can provide daily in-home petsitting visits or overnight stays. 

• Daily petsitting visits: We will come to your home for fun check-in visits with your pets while you're away.  Visits are 20 to 40 minutes (unless you have multiple pets that require more time) and will include walking in your neighborhood, playing, feeding and watering, cleaning litter boxes, scooping poop, administering meds and vitamins and lots of hugs.  Also basic home care will be provided including: plant watering; bringing in mail and newspapers; garbage needs; and altering lights and other security measures as desired.

• Overnights: Overnight hours are typically from 7pm to 7am.  We perform all tasks as mentioned above and dogs are walked in the evening and morning.  If you need to adjust the hours, we will do our best to work out a schedule that fits your pet's needs.  An additional mid-day visit will be an extra charge.  Overnight jobs might be job shared with two sitters.  You and your pets will meet the assigned sitters before you leave. 

• Housesitting: If you don't have animals, but just need a housesitter, we will check in daily or as needed providing basic home security and plant care.  Larger scale lawn and garden care can be provided at an extra rate.
